Ka-Blam!
Well, it seems that I've done something to upset the computer gods. I came in today after busting my butt this week to give a presentation, and had to move the computer into the conference room.
I don't know if I walked through the bermuda triangle of computing or what, but by the time I'd made it the 20 feet to the conference room, the thing was toast.
So much for the presentation - I've been reinstalling all my software all day so that I can handle my daily workload tomorrow. It's interesting to boil down all the software you have installed to things you actually need.
I also took this opportunity to finally get up to XP and it's anti-aliased font goodness. I always was a sucker for eye-candy.
List of Applications I reinstalled in no particular order
XP
Office 2k
Dreamweaver
Gimp2
Psp8
Flash5
Illustrator 10
Adobe Acrobat Writer 5
Open Office
Drivers & Stuff
Somewhere, there's a Software Protection (piracy) agency swat team yelling "Go go go!" as they read this list, charging out the door.
