G.W. was all over the news declaring his new initiative to bring "Broadband to The People" today.
This is my reaction.

Sodipodi is a great, free tool for manipulating SVG files (just save often!)I'd love to see a collaborative effort to create open licensed political cartooning come together. Political cartoons encourage thought and spark debate - it'd be wonderful if the tools to create them were one step closer to the politically, but not necessarily artistically, inclined.
