The Inflatable Future

Mass producers are realizing that you don't have
to use conventional construction
everywhere you would expect. Suddenly
inflatable
pools are all the rage and
the Slip N' Slide, deemed too dangerous (after the grisly grass shredding of too many
Slip N' Slider's nipples), has been replaced by this:
The Six Flags
Banzai Falls Water Slide. Why the crap is everything cooler nowadays. This thing just
looks awesome - imagine playing on that when you were 10. Your house would be the coolest
one on the street. Until that older kid who's family was too poor (or sensible) to shell
out the $250 for one started whacking at it with a pointed stick.

Banzai Waterslide
I have had to replace to Banzai waterslide twice now. The 1st time for a minor hole.

me too
I had to return mine because the seam split on the hose for the H2O. Now WM is completely out of stock.

I brought the super coolest water slide ever home to 4 excited kids who played on it for 1/2 hour before the seam on the water hose split.GAME OVER! Thanx Six Flags Banzai Falls for giving me 4 crabby kids fighting over who broke it. Why don't they put the hose where it's not going to get kicked by everyone slamming into the wall at the end of the too short slide? Just had to vent before I try to figure out how to pack up a wet muddy lump of vinyl into the handy tote bag (included) to take it back to Wally World to get another one that's probably going to break again.

I bought my 7 year-old girl this slide for her b-day and the seam at the bottem is coming apart too. i agree with the others the force of them coming down the slide and slaming into the water hose and the end wall is making the seams bust out it only took ine day for this to happen the slide does need to be a few feet longer

I had to return ours also
When I returned the water slide (hose split at the seam and the water sprayed my roof rather than the slide). My daughter had a great time playing but it broke the second time we tried to use it! Great idea, poor workmanship. BTW, when I returned it the person at the counter said "another water slide, let me guess... the seam broke".

I too got soaked by Six Flags
I also bought the slide for my daughter. The H2O hose split at thte bottom as soon as the water was turned on. The kids never had a chance to hit it. However, being the determined sort, I bought seam sealer from the local sporting goods store and repaired the seam. (The patch kit that comes iwth the slide says that it isn't for seam rips - think maybe they knew something??) The tube then split in another spot. Thinking that maybe it was too much water pressure (although we have low pressure from a well) I slid to hose inside the tube up to where the holes spray the water to alleviate the pressure traveling up the tube. Guess what? Yep, slit again at the top past where the holes are. Considering we've sent out party invitation for my daughter's birthday with a picture of the fun slide on them, I decided to be a little more ingenious and try again. I figured I'd take my garden soaker hose and attach it around the perimeter of the slide and across the top. No pressure at all on the slide right? Right! - but my daughter went to climb up the slide and one of the footholds completely gave way creating a sic inch tear in the climbing wall. I give up!! It's a piece of garbage!

Second Time to use it, we turned on water and it split on the seam of the hose part. About a six inch split. Now Walmart says it will be August before it has more in stock. This sucks.

replacement
I, too, used mine for a second time only to find out that the hose had a rip at the seam. We were using it for a camp so we just stood there and sprayed it with water and then it ripped down the seam of the pool area after about 90 minutes of fun. I called the company because I was so upset at its expensive uselessness.... They have an automated area specifically for the water fall replacement. Call 1-800-434-6178 and it will give you details of how to replace it. It is a big hassle( condisering finding a box to fit it and moving that box around) having to send it back. They did say, however, that the replacement ones have been made to take care of those flaws. They pay for shipping and pick up. At this point it is still a wait.... mid August for new ones to arrive.. Hopes this helps somebody.
